Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Sometimes you just need to give yourself a treat and this is one of my all time favorites.

The zucchini provides a refreshing balance to the sweetness of the chocolate cake. This is one of those recipes that, once you try it, you will want to make it again and again. Even the kids and sworn Zucchini Haters end up loving this one!

Chocolate Zucchini Cake

½ c. butter
½ c. olive oil
1-¾ c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
½ c sour milk
2-½ c. flour
¼ c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. cloves
2 c. diced zucchini

Preheat over to 325 degree.
Grease and flour a 9"x13" pan.
Sift together all dry ingredients and set aside.
Combine all wet ingredients except zucchini.
Combine all and blend gently.
Spread in pan and bake 40-45 minutes.
